Karen's expertise and guidance on Google Ads was brilliant. She certainly knows her stuff!
Google Ads fills me with dread and every time I changed something I was being charged more but getting less.
Karen went in a straight away saw that my ads were set up incorrectly (Google themselves helped with that!) and my keywords were way too broad for our business.
Changes have been made and we'll assess again in a few weeks.
